Instructions to follow if you have trouble logging in

Every team member has a digital Bourne Identity that consists of an email address and a password. If you haven't used yours recently, we've temporarily reset your password to your Employee ID Number, so please try the following three steps first:

STEP ONE
Use firstname.surname@bourne-leisure.co.uk or (@haven.com) as your email address
STEP TWO
Find your Employee ID Number on the right-hand side of your payslip
STEP TWO
Find your Employee ID Number on the right-hand side of your payslip
STEP THREE
Use your Employee ID Number as your password

Help & FAQs

What's my email address?

Your email address is usually firstname.surname@bourne-leisure.co.uk (or @haven.com), though sometimes they contain additional numbers where we've got the same names (there's quite a few of us!). If you're not sure what yours is, then get in touch using the button above

What's my password?

Your password will be the same as wherever else you use your digital Bourne Identity to sign into Bourne Leisure systems. If you haven't used it recently (since 1st March 2020) then we've temporarily reset your password to your Employee ID Number, as found on your payslip

Where can I find my Employee ID Number?

It's on your payslip and is a number up to 6 digits long, so make sure you check those digits carefully as you enter them

I don't have a payslip to hand, what shall I do?

Get in touch with us using the button above and give us the necessary information we need to verify it's you and get you set up with a new password

When I try and login I'm being told I'm "Blocked", what should I do?

This is likely to be because you need to add additional authentication to your account. Please get in touch using the button above and we'll see if we can help

I'm trying to use my personal email address and it's not working?

You need to use your Bourne Leisure email address and password to login. This is most likely to be firstname.surname@bourne-leisure.co.uk or firstname.lastname@haven.com, so try that first and follow the instructions above

I can't remember my password, what shall I do?

If you've used your Bourne Identity recently but can't remember your password, please get in touch with us using the button above and we'll reset it for you

I can't remember my email address, what shall I do?

Try firstname.lastname@bourne-leisure.co.uk or firstname.lastname@haven.com first, then get in touch with us using the button above if that doesn't work

It's a virtual place for all Bourne Leisure employees to get the very latest news, information and support from the business - covering all Haven, Butlin's and Warner teams as well as all central support teams. You can login using your Bourne Leisure email address and password
